Preventive Maintenance
We will provide regular maintenance schedule with full system assessment, system updates so that the system is working correctly. It is done to avoid or minimize unforeseen downtime. Maintenance contract with different SLA will be provided according to customer needs.
Remote & On-Site Support
We will provide remote & on-site support according to the maintenance support contract customer signed up to. In the event of system failure, it is our ultimate goal to get it resolved within the SLA.
Service Level
To maximize customer system up-time, we ensure that our technical team will response within the window time according to the SLA. It is to ensure that the downtime will give the least impact to the operation.
